  1. No Returns: We do not accept returns for meal subscriptions. Once you have subscribed to our meal plan service and paid the full amount, you are committed to receiving meals for the duration of your subscription.

  1. Subscription and Payment Terms: The customer must pay the full amount for the meal plan membership subscription upfront. Payment can be made online or through other approved payment methods. The subscription will automatically renew on a monthly basis, depending on the subscription plan chosen by the customer. The customer will be charged the subscription fee for each renewal period unless they cancel their subscription in accordance with the cancellation policy.

  2. Delivery: The meal plan will be delivered on the specified day and time. The customer must ensure that there is someone available to receive the delivery. If there is no one available, the delivery will be rescheduled at an additional cost.

  3. Cancellation Policy: The customer must provide at least 24 hours’ notice before the scheduled delivery date to cancel or reschedule their order. The customer can cancel their subscription at any time by contacting the meal plan service, or in the member dashboard.

  4. Food Storage: The customer is responsible for storing the meals in the appropriate manner, as indicated by the meal plan service. The meals should be refrigerated or frozen immediately upon receipt.

  5. Liability: The meal plan service is not liable for any damages, losses, or expenses that may arise from the use of their service, including but not limited to foodborne illnesses, allergies, or other health issues. The customer assumes all risks associated with the use of the service.

  6. Changes to Service: The meal plan service reserves the right to change or discontinue their service at any time without prior notice. They may also change the terms and conditions of the service at their discretion.

  7. Intellectual Property: All content and materials on the meal plan service’s website or other platforms are the property of the meal plan service and may not be used without their permission.
